Park Rules

Broadings farm will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of the guest, including personal belongings, cash, jewellery, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and motor vehicles, however caused during their stay. You are responsible for keeping your belongings safe and having adequate insurance in place against all your possessions.

Children under 5 years must be supervised at all times. Young children must be supervised in the toilet/shower blocks.

AWNINGS - (tents of any kind will be asked to take down) and groundsheets must be of the breathable type.

Chemical toilet waste and grey wastewater must be emptied in the receptacles provided; located next to the toilet and shower blocks and not on the caravan pitch.

All litter and refuse must be disposed of in the receptacles provided at the main entrance and by the top caravan field.

Parking touring caravans pitches one car per pitch permitted (unless prior permission agreed)

Broadings farm welcome well behaved pets on site, in the interest of safety and comfort we ask that pets are kept on a lead at all times, and that pet owners are respectfully asked to ensure any mess is cleaned up and noise kept to a minimum. Owners of any pets acting aggressively or being a nuisance, (barking etc), will be asked to leave the site.

Open fires and log burners are not permitted. Barbeques must be attended at all times and are the full responsibility of guests. BBQs must be raised off the floor to protect the grass. Disposable BBQs to be disposed of in the correct waste receptacle by the top caravan field.

You agree that you will not:

Commit any criminal offence on the park or in its vicinity or undertake any criminal activity;

Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the Park;

Keep or use any unlawful drugs on the Park or in its vicinity;

Create any undue noise or disturbance or commit antisocial behaviour at the Park on in its vicinity;

Carry on any trade or business whilst on the Park.

The use of foul language, threatening behaviour or vandalism will not be tolerated and as a consequence all members of a party will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Strictly no Gazebos, tents of any kind or Chinese lanterns.

No ball games, cycling, skateboarding or roller skating etc. near reception or the shower blocks.

Radios, TVs and music players are permitted but must be used in an audible manner so as not to cause nuisance disturbance to other site users, and not after 10.30pm.

Please park cars in the yard if arriving back on site after 11.00pm.

To ensure the quiet enjoyment of the site at night, parents/guardians are requested to ensure that those under the age of 18 are back to their units by 10.30pm and to reduce all noise levels by 11.00pm. QUIET TIME 11pm – 6am.

Broadings is a working farm; please do not enter any farm building that is not a designated part of the caravan and motor-home site.

For site safety a 5mph speed limit must be adhered to at all times.

Please be aware there is no lighting on the site at night (take extra care in low light conditions) please use own source of light, torches etc.

Broadings farm will not accept responsibility for any loss of foodstuffs due to power disruption.

The company reserve the right to require all members of your party to leave site where such persons breach the terms set out in the conditions of the site rules. The company reserves the right to refuse admission to the park. In such circumstances no refund will be given.

All persons in your party will be the responsibility of whoever signs and prints their name in agreement to our terms on conditions.

Strictly no charging of electric vehicles. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the site with no refund.
